After I got married, m...I SO know where you are at! After I got married, moved, began university, and started my 'new life', my fitness goals went down the drain. I did a 5k/10k this weekend with my small group, and it motivated me to start working out again. I had forgotten how much I loved it. Now I'm planning on running a lot more frequently, and I've already planned three hikes for this next week! I notice that I go thro...I love your fitness goals! I notice that I go through 'swings' of unfit moments. It sucks. I think it definitely helps to have an accountability group: online or physical. Good luck! I know you can do it. :) Your goals are very achievable.
